About Event

This course will guide Filipino Engineers & Architects on where to focus for a successful career in the built environment. Since Construction Management is considered as both an art and science, there are many project situational variables (i.e complexities) that needs to be mastered and strategized for a successful delivery of construction projects. The learning outcome from the course goes beyond the typical project management theories and processes which most of the time are not applicable in construction projects. It will expose the students to a deeper practice of construction management needed for the execution of international projects.
