AI Salon : Emotions & Companionship [Berlin]

​How can AI help us understand, navigate, and guide our emotions, and what does that mean for how we relate to each other?

​More and more, people turn to AI agents to help manage tasks. Emotional support might be next.

Meta promises digital friendship. Others such as Janus (@repligate) are already finding companionship with Claude. Some feel more seen by their AI than by the people around them.

​Can AI actually help us be more aligned with ourselves and each other?

​Or is some social infrastructure missing, something we haven't built yet, to prepare us as a society?
