As soon as I walked up to the counter, the representative gave me a warm greeting and put me at ease with their kind yet professional manner. My worries about an unexpected flight change were listened to with patience, and they promptly came up with a solution that met my needs. They made sure I had an upgraded seat, which I didn't even ask for, in addition to offering me a different trip.
