Please join us for a sweat session at Burn Room. Come break a sweat and connect with fellow founders, investors and startup enthusiasts.
Coach Zalie Tshuma will lead a 50-minute, high-energy HIIT Pilates Fusion class followed by healthy refreshments and networking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. You won't want to miss this workout!

About the Workout
Signature Burn is a 50-minute music-driven, high-energy workout that uses dumbbells, balls and bands. This class fuses together Strength, HiiT, Sculpt, Pilates, Rhythmic movements to the beat and functional training into a powerful, full-body experience. Set in a dimly lit room, with pumping tunes, this class delivers an energy like no other. Challenging & addictive, signature Burn will leave you feeling strong and energized.
About the Gym
Burn Room is a fitness studio offering music-driven workouts designed to challenge you and touch the back of your soul. Classes encompass a blend of Strength, Sculpt & HIIT Pilates and use equipment such as dumbbells, balls, bands & ankle/wrist weights.
Burn Room welcomes participants of all levels. All equipment and towels are provided at the studio, just bring yourself.
About the Coach
Zalie Tshuma specializes in leading large group movement sessions, bringing energy and expertise to classes, workshops, events and corporate activations. She creates engaging, music-driven fitness experiences that inspire participation, energize crowds, and leave a lasting impression.
