EM Kata #10. Coaching in Action: Watch, Learn, Practice
In this hands-on session, you'll work in small groups of three, taking turns as the coach, the coachee, and an observer. This gives you a chance to practise coaching, experience being coached, and develop your coaching skills by watching others.
You'll also see live coaching sessions led by a professional coach and get a chance to receive direct feedback from her. Whether you already use coaching in your work or are just considering it, this meetup will help you develop your skills as a coach and a technical leader.

You won’t need a laptop this time, but a pen will come in handy for taking notes in our provided materials.
📚 How to prepare for the event?
We will provide educational materials ahead of time. You are encouraged to review these resources to make the most of the meetup. This will allow you to come prepared, gain deeper insights, and maximise your experience during the event.

EM Kata is a safe environment where Engineering Managers* can practice their skills and receive immediate feedback.
