​We're proud to launch our first-ever L&D Shakers hackathon in collaboration with Managerkind! 🎉

​Our L&D Means Business Hackathon is an event like no other where you’ll work on a real business and skills challenge at a leading company who will be your Client!

​You’ll first get practical business training and then your Client will share their business challenge. Next, you’ll apply your training immediately and hack away in small teams to create a strategic L&D solution to meet the Client’s challenge.

​You’ll finish by presenting your strategic solution to the Client for feedback! 🎉

​Who is it for?

Current L&D manager or People managers with an L&D remit who already have some experience and responsibility for creating their company’s L&D strategy.

​In the future, we will run a hackathon for aspiring L&D managers and L&D professionals.
