Welcome to our Berlin Dinner for May!
If you are looking for an opportunity to connect with other women and non-binary professionals that share your interest in climate or sustainability, you´ve come to the right place! No experience necessary.
Talk & Buffet: This upcoming edition of our Berlin Dinners is special in that we will enjoy a colourful buffet of authentic Mongolian food in a small restaurant and have a guest speaker who will be introducing us to the the role of dance & somatics in climate justice.
Sophie Spiral Schultze-Allen (they/them) is a dance researcher at the Free University Berlin. Born in Germany and raised in California, Sophie embraces in-between spaces for transformative change. Their PhD project explores specific movement practices - Connective Practices - looking at how somatics can connect the creation and dissemination of critical consciousness based on alternative economies grounded in the principle of gifting and accountability.
6:00pm: Doors open
6:15pm: Lightning talk by Sophie
6:30pm: Guided somatic practice by Hanna
6:45pm: Dinner buffet made up of different salads, Mongolian beetroot pasta, several flavours and styles of dumplings

Payment: Everyone will pay for their own drink and food directly to the restaurant. The buffet of traditional Mongolian (all vegan) dishes has a price of 15€ per person.
