Partner with your peers for workplace climate change!

​Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges that requires collective action at all levels of society. The workplace is a critical arena for implementing sustainable practices and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility. Work on Climate’s mission is to build the workforce to solve climate change equitably and justly, to build relationships in the climate movement, and support others on their path. 

​​Recognizing the need for effective strategies to address climate change in the workplace, the Work on Climate Mentorship Team has launched this Peer-to-Peer (P2P) mentorship program.

​​This workshop celebrates the launch of of the mentorship program, bringing together everyone who matched so they can hear about the program and connect with their fellow participants.
