Meet the Speakers:
Farah Jamil is an Executive Coach and ADHD Coach with Shimmer, an Ivy League graduate with 20 years of leadership experience, and the founder of Muslim ADHDers, Interfaith ADHDers, and Executive ADHDers. Her work focuses on the intersectionality between ADHD, productivity, health/wellness, and faith. She has presented on this intersectionality on the global stage, including her IOC Harvard talk titled “You Can’t Have ADHD, You’re Too Successful! And Other Misconceptions About Neurodiversity”, and as part of the 2023 World Business and Executive Coach Pre-Summit by Coaching.com where she was rated a Top 10 speaker for her presentation on “Neurodiversity - Navigating ADHD in the Workplace.”
Dave Thompson is a passionate self-advocate with ADHD, Dyslexia, and Sensory Processing issues who has been a leader in Neurodiversity Employment since 2010. A two-time TEDx speaker, Dave has shared his insights on creating inclusive workplaces with thousands of people, from corporate leaders to government officials and educators, across four continents. As Director of Strategic Programs at Potentia Workforce, he helps companies become more neuroinclusive through training, recruitment, and support for neurodivergent professionals.
