Ron Coleman

Ron Coleman has spent over three decades litigating free speech, reputation, and technology issues. His mission is to protect and defend the rights of individuals, businesses, and organizations against censorship, unfair competition, and IP infringement.

Ron is widely recognized for his landmark victory representing band leader Simon Tam before the U.S. Supreme Court, where he successfully argued that the First Amendment prohibits the government from denying registration to trademarks it deems disparaging.

Beyond litigation, Ron has been a pioneer in integrating digital tools into legal practice, leveraging the internet to transform professional engagement and discourse. Brian Moroz
Brian's career began in finance before transitioning to Google in the data and insights teams in 2005. He has held leadership roles on Google's Agency team, the internal creative agency called the Zoo, the creative and effectiveness team Brand Unit and as a head of data and insights at Creative Works, the team dedicated to the top brand spenders on YouTube.

After 18 years at Google, he co-founded the data, insights and creative company DICE in 2024 where he leads data-backed insights and brand strategy consulting for clients like MIT, the US Navy, and Google Gemini.

Shani Bibi
