Event Information

Traditionally, practicing 108 Sun Salutations is reserved for the change of the seasons - Summer and Winter Solstice and Spring and Fall Equinox.

It is believed that the fire (internal heat) that you build during this practice is cleansing, detoxifying, and gets you more in touch with yourself. There are many benefits to practicing 108 Sun Salutations:

  • Find your new energy

  • Discover you are stronger than you think

  • Remove negative, stagnant energy

  • Surrender and shift your perspective

  • Find peace in challenging situations

  • Find your inner drive

Instructions:

  • Find a quiet place, away from interruption

  • Always listen to your body and modify poses as needed, and take a rest as needed

  • Focus on your breath
