Willa Tellekson Flash is Director of Marketing at Public.com, the popular investing platform where members can build a modern portfolio with nearly any asset class—including stocks, Treasuries, ETFs, crypto, and alternative assets, all in one place. At Public, she leads Product Marketing and GTM Strategy, centering Public’s product roadmap in benefits-led messaging that drives adoption & usage. She was previously Public’s Director of Community, and continues to oversee investor engagement and advancement for a community of millions of investors, creators, and analysts.
Prior to joining Public.com, Willa championed customer experience and advocacy at LOLA and held editorial roles at Here Magazine (Away) and Well+Good. She holds a B.A. in Education Studies and French from New York University and is an avid distance runner. She is a frequently cited expert on the topics of community-building, product marketing, and tech and in 2021 was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree.
Caitlyn Kumi is a marketer at Google, founder of a women empowerment brand, and lifestyle and education content creator. During her junior year at UNC-Chapel Hill, Caitlyn founded Miss EmpowHer to help women of all shades and shapes feel confident and empowered. With Miss EmpowHer, Caitlyn hopes to inspire women to become the best versions of themselves and encourage women to support other women. On social media, Caitlyn shares advice, tips, and product/service reviews to inspire and educate Gen Z & Millennial women. Caitlyn Kumi is best known for being a leading Gen Z women personal finance and career creator. Caitlyn has received media features in Forbes, Business Insider, Good Morning America, and Buzzfeed. Caitlyn has also been recognized as a Marketing and Advertising Voice on LinkedIn.
Tori Bell is the Founder & CEO of Inclusion Unpacked.
Emily DeRegt joined Google in 2017 as a Strategic Partner Lead, within the Global Partnerships organization. In this role Emily managed the onsite monetization strategies for Google's top Commerce publishers, including Booking Holdings, Expedia and CarGurus. In August of 2023 Emily made a career transition to the Google Cloud organization. Emily is now responsible for managing strategic independent software companies to help drive digital transformation across their portfolio of customers through Google Cloud technology and Generative AI solutions. Prior to Google, Emily worked at Lyft where she helped build out the GTM strategy for Lyft for Business, their first B2B offering. Emily began her career in the Finance industry at MSCI and Goldman Sachs working in Equity Index Sales.
Emily is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA and holds a B.S. in Finance and Liberal Studies. Outside of work Emily is a beloved wife, mother of two young daughters, mentor within theShe Runs It organization, and a Career Coach at Google.
