GenZ HR Connect: Learning to Leading

​The GenZ HR Connect; Learning to Leading event is a landmark physical gathering of beneficiaries of the GenZ HR Scholarship Fund, which has successfully onboarded over 5,000 learners into its talent development program. While learners have been engaged in virtual training across core and high paying tech skills and workplace readiness skills, this event aims to strengthen community bonds and activate offline engagement through networking and mentorship.

​This event provides a unique opportunity for learners to:

• ​Build relationships with fellow learners

• ​Engage in meaningful dialogue around career growth, employability, and personal development

​It also gives GenZ HR the platform to showcase program impact, energize its learner base, and explore long-term collaborations with ecosystem stakeholders.
