Introducing: The "Slow Start" Soundbath for Founders hosted by Antler 🦌 & Rho 🏦
What is it?
This is a one-of-a-kind experience designed to prepare NYC founders for the week of NYC Tech Week activities ahead. We're hosting a select group of founders at Humming Puppy, Flatiron's experiential soundscape yoga studio.
Why founders should attend
Start NYC Tech Week refreshed: NY Tech Week is HIGH ENERGY. It calls for a LOT of extroversion, and you'll introduce yourself 2347 times to strangers. We want to help.
Unique experience: Soundbaths are fun! You'll hear what the Earth's vibrations sound like—an experience you can share with friends. You may even get a new hobby out of it!
Intentional Networking: Meet a curated group of fellow founders building next-generation companies and strengthen your network.
Permission to unplug: Phones and other electronics aren't allowed in the sanctuary of the Shala. You will get 30 minutes of complete calm free of Slack notifications with other founders.
Who should come
Startup founders at all company stages who understand building a company is a long-term game, and mental wellness and focus are foundational to winning that game.
Morning agenda
10:30-11 am: Arrive, get changed, and leave your stuff in the lockers
11:00-11:30 am: Soundbath Experience
11:30-12 pm: Grab tea, NYC bakery delights, mingle more
12 pm: Float back to the hustle of NYC feeling grounded and intentional for the rest of NY Tech Week
What to bring
You can experience a soundbath in any clothes that you're comfortable sitting down or laying down in. Since you cannot bring your laptop or phone into the sanctuary of the Shala, there will be lockers to safely store them for the 30-minute soundbath
