The third wave has put us all back in our homes and our back-to-office plans in the bin! After a year of uncertainty, many companies are finally embracing the remote and hybrid ways of working. It has its challenges and we are getting some of the best HR folks in the country to discuss and try to solve for those.

Meet the panelists

Devangi Kamra: A passionate and result-driven People Person with extensive experience in Employee Experience and operations. She brings along knowledge, skill, and the drive to set up, run and provide guidance when it comes to Human Resource Development. She has a proven track record across various HR functions, designed HR Policies and guidelines as well as MIS related to the HR Department. Having worked with organizations that follow Agile, she has imbibed the values of Agile in her work as well, specifically, individuals and interactions over processes and tools.

Sarabjeet Gill: Sarabjeet is a leading HR professional with more than a decade of experience. He has worked as an architect (for people, processes, systems, and culture) on complex business initiatives and achieved exceptional results. He is a seasoned HR leader with proven experience in collaborating with senior leadership to lead Human Resource strategy. He is extremely passionate about solving Problems and Building Organizations for Scale through clear & uncluttered thinking and relentless execution.

Nishant Bhushan: Nishant carries over a decade of experience working in the Service Industry and with People Function. Prior to working with Pi Square Technologies, he was associated with Global Deloitte. Further, he enables organizations through Cypax Solutions - in the business consulting space. He is a published author, book named "Parwaaz"; a collection of poetry. He’s also published a research paper on 'HRM in the Mirror Reflection of Cooperative Game Theory’ in Gavesana Management Journal.

Ishwari Chandekar: Ishwari is a positive, creative development Human Resource Personnel currently responsible to maintain and develop effective internal procedures, manage payroll, conducting performance reviews, handling employee and work-related issues, support recruiting and retention efforts. Also to plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions. Ishwari has exceptional time management and leadership skills with a focus on employee satisfaction and productivity.
