Join us in Miami! Kira Mae Kazuko & Anatomy are collaborating to bring forth an incredible class that will begin with fitness & movement, and end with restorative breathwork.
We will begin with 30 minutes of a full body workout with Anatomy and end with 30 minutes of euphoric breathwork with Kira.
Please join us on the beach at the iconic 1 Hotel South Beach for a morning of wellness. You will leave the class feeling energized and relaxed.
