​E.R. (“Eric”) Burgess, MBA is a writer, technologist, and game/gamification designer who has been making and marketing software for almost thirty years. His life’s passion is enriching human lives through a mix of art and technology. Eric started his career as a journalist but quickly shifted to technology, making video games for Disney for many years before shifting into online business software with an emphasis on marketing and scientific technologies. Eric produced an award-winning podcast about board games for a decade. He’s published several tabletop games, a novel, and has a few more books on the way. Eric has now also founded Credtent.org, a Public Benefit Corporation devoted to bringing creativity and AI together in an ethical fashion.
