​Booking Guidelines:

​How Booking Works: This booking ensures that players can have priority access to the sales area during the selected time slot. Please arrive and queue during this time slot.

​One Ticket Per Person: This booking is valid for the individual on the same day and during the selected time slot only. It cannot be transferred or forwarded to others.

​Booking Limitations: Each person is allowed to book only once per day. Multiple bookings or attempts to enter repeatedly may result in denied entry or refusal of purchase at the discretion of the on-site staff. If you wish to change time slot, you must cancel the current booking and make a new one for the desired time slot.

​Check-In Requirement: Players must present the booking QR code on-site for verification. Please note that a screenshot is not a valid proof.

​Late Arrival Policy: Players who arrive late may still enter up to 1 hour after their originally reserved time slot. (For example, if your slot is from 13:00–13:30, the latest entry time is 14:30.) After this period, your reservation will be forfeited and you will need to rebook or join the on-site walk-in queue.

​Walk-in Policy: To join the walk-in queue, please scan the QR code available at the booth everyday after 12:00PM to obtain a digital entry ticket. Your queue status can be monitored in real time via the ticket page, and you will be notified by email when it is your turn. Please note that we cannot guarantee the waiting time and will prioritize players with online bookings. Online booking is recommended.

​Limited Merchandise Notice: Merchandise stock is limited and may sell out quickly. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure access to your desired items.
