Fitness and Diet Workshop for Desis
Desis are beginning to get into fitness and this goes beyond just the actual physical exercises but also the DIET! We see many fitness trainers giving great overall advice however alot of that advice does NOT properly translate over to Desis due to our unique body-types, lifestyles, and our incredibly diverse and rich diet. Join Single to Shaadi and our Desi Fitness Coach and Bodybuilder, Virinchi Tadikonda (@kingvfitness) as he dives deep into what fitness, diet, and the mental game of it all WITHOUT sacrificing the things that make us Desi!
Workshop Highlights:
- Learn effective physical exercises for all genders and body types, it will range from Beginner exercises to Advanced routines!
- Desi food is absolutely delicious and there is no need to sacrifice that deliciousness now that you're getting serious about fitness. Virinchi will guide you through proper meal plans that includes DELICIOUS food from our culture
- Learning mental tools to overcome mental challenges/resistances that come with getting started in the gym/coming back into fitness after a hiatus
- Q and A throughout the event where you will be able to ask Virinchi any questions you may have!
