Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant with prior notice (minimum 72 hours before the event). If you are unable to attend, email us directly to coordinate a name change.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at any time. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full.

Leaderwave and Driftawave are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, government regulations, or force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, transportation strikes).

By registering, you agree to our data handling terms. Your name and email may be used to send event-related updates and future invitations from Leaderwave and Driftawave. We never share your personal information with third parties.
