ShrimpFIT Sunrise Yoga with The Chain Miami & Miami Made

​Introducing our first ShrimpFIT event with The Chain Miami and Miami Made. Start your day energized with our sunrise yoga class and prepare to wake up your mind & body ☀️

​All you need is a towel and we'll supply light refreshments. All skill levels are welcome.

​How to get there? Once you get to 3rd St./Ocean Drive walk through the park onto the beach. We'll meet at the lifeguard hut. There is meter parking on Ocean Drive - free in the mornings until 9am!

​Donations to yoga instructor are highly encouraged:)
