Trauma-informed practitioner Katia will guide you through breathwork, sound, touch, and bodywork techniques designed to quiet the busy mind and help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and intuition. Leave feeling more centered, calm, and connected to who you truly are beneath the noise of everyday life. Your energy is your greatest currency—this session is a simple yet powerful way to restore it, cultivate inner peace, and deepen self-awareness.

Katia is a certified BBTRS Trauma-Informed Practitioner (500+ hours) based in NYC, specializing in helping individuals release tension and integrate unprocessed emotions, stress, and trauma stored in the body. Her breathwork journey began with a personal health crisis that inspired her to reconnect with herself and cultivate deep self-trust. Katia’s workshops offer a safe, supportive space where participants can transform anxiety into excitement, worry into trust, and overwhelm into peace—empowering them to feel more grounded, alive, and connected.
