Event Concept

Regen Pathway: Towards a ReGen Coordi-Nation

From Próspera, Latin America, we will launch a 15-year journey to build a regenerative, network-civilization, integrating Regenerative Impact Special Economic Zones (RISEZs), climate alliances, and Web3/ReFi coordination.
Over two weeks, policymakers, climate-tech startups & VCs, and Web3/ReFi/NGO communities will co-design a shared roadmap, committing to pilots and concrete actions that accelerate the transition toward interconnected regenerative territories across Special Economic Zones.


Event Concept

Structure for the 2 Weeks Pop-Up Island

📍 Block 1: Current State (Days 1–4)

Objective: Align vision and diagnosis of the current state of SEZs, climate, Web3, and regenerative governance.

Day 1: Opening & Vision

  • Welcome ceremony and participant introductions.

  • Inspirational panel: "Próspera as the epicenter of the regenerative transition."

  • Initial networking among actor groups.

Day 2: SEZs and Policy Innovation

  • Workshop: Emerging legal and regulatory models (ZEDE, ZEEIR, RISEZs).

  • Case study:

    • Próspera in Latin America

    • NetX State Subnational Strategy in Argentina (Córdoba Province)

    • TftC in Africa

Day 3: ClimateTech & Regenerative Investment

  • Presentation: Trends in climate investment and regenerative technologies (agrotech, bioconstruction, clean energy).

  • Pitch session: Climate-tech startups in:

    • AgroTech (Food & Water)

    • Biotech (Wellness & Longevity)

    • GovTech (Governance as a Service)

    • PropTech (Real Estate)

    • FinTech (TradFI, DeFi and ReFi)

    • TravelTech (Tourism & Golden Visas)

Day 4: Web3, ReFi, and Digital Communities

📍 Block 2: Roadmap Building (Days 5–10)

Objective: Design a collaborative 15-year roadmap (2025–2040) with clear milestones and initial pilots.

Day 5: Strategic Framework

  • Co-design of the roadmap framework: thematic pillars (physical, legal, digital).

  • Identification of synergies between actors.

Days 6–7: Thematic Tables by Actor

  • Policymakers: Legal frameworks for RISEZs.

  • ClimateTech & VC: Regenerative funds, climate infrastructure.

  • Web3/NGOs: DAO governance, ReFi incentives, impact traceability.

Days 8–9: Cross-Sector Integration

  • Cosmo-local exercise: Mapping of projects and pilot nodes.

  • Scenario building in two steps: 2026–2030 and 2030–2040.

Day 10: Prototypes & Pilot Design

  • Definition of 3 priority pilots (territorial, financial, technological).

  • Internal presentation and cross-feedback.


📍 Block 3: Commitments (Days 11–14)

Objective: Secure commitments, alliances, and resources to implement the roadmap.

Day 11: Alliances & Financing

  • Investor Roundtable: VC funds, family offices, and ReFi pools.

  • Signing of MOUs between communities and policymakers.

Day 12: Governance & Coordination

  • Design of a multi-stakeholder DAO for roadmap monitoring.

  • Definition of impact metrics and digital coordination.

Day 13: Commitments Summit

  • Public presentation of the Regen Pathway Roadmap 2040.

  • Public commitments from key actors (policy, capital, communities).

Day 14: Closing & Launch Ritual

  • Collective commitment ceremony.

  • Symbolic activation of the "Regen Pathway" toward a new regenerative network-civilization.

  • Closing PARTY.

  • 07:00 – 10:00: Wellness & personal development (yoga, breathwork, mindful walks)
