Painting the world brighter, one stroke at a time!
We will be paining a "bee" canvas. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. If you have any allergies to any food or are on a strict diet, please answer the question when you RSVP. You are also welcome to bring your own food/drinks.
This activity has a limited number of paid spots. "Active members" who attend West Gray workouts, Saturday workouts, and/or races will get priority for these spots. "Inactive members" may RSVP and be able to pay for their entry if there are no paid spots left. If you RSVP and do not attend this event without letting us know, you will be required to reimburse Bee Abled for your admission ticket and food. Fee is $48 per person. If you want to bring additional guests, you MUST let us know in advance. If there's availability, they will be required to pay for their own entry.
Everyone attending must be a member of Bee Abled and fill out a membership form for liability purposes. Membership to join Bee Abled is FREE. Children under the age of 18 will need consent from a parent or guardian.
A total of 4 volunteers are needed to help service food and drinks. If you are available to volunteer, please answer the question when you RSVP.
