Group Sound Bath with Erin Griffin
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Presented by The Soundbird Sanctuary, join Erin Griffin for a meditative experience using sound waves for a night of holistic healing.
What to expect from a group sound bath
• Arrive 10 minutes early to secure your ideal spot. Being late may disrupt the experience for others.
• Arrive scent free.
• Enjoy 60 minutes of sound frequencies and harmonies that will resonate through your body, guiding you to a more subdued and relaxed state of awareness.
• Experience a range of sounds from musical instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more.
• Guided meditation and breath work for a portion of the experience.
• Activation of your parasympathetic nervous system.
• Allocate some time afterward to reconnect with yourself.
What to bring
• A yoga mat or something comfy and supportive to lay on
• A blanket for warmth and coziness.
• An open mind and heart.
• A desire to let go and surrender to the sound.
• You might also like an eye mask or something to rest your head on.
