{You're Not Alone} A Conversation Circle: Career Transitions
Hello, Lovely Tribe,
I’m thrilled to introduce "You’re Not Alone (YNA) Conversation Circles," a series designed to unite women for connection, support, and shared wisdom. These gatherings hold space for life’s challenges—grief, career transitions, break-ups, and more—so no one has to navigate them in isolation.
What to Expect:
✨ Emotional support: A safe space to share what’s on your heart.
✨ Exploration: A chance to process, reflect, or simply listen.
✨ Shared wisdom: Insights and encouragement from women who’ve walked a similar path.
"You Are Not Alone" Series
Ideas for possible topics include:
Grief
Fertility
Break-ups
Menopause
And more!
Each event will be alcohol-free, limited to 15 women, and hosted in my home with coffee, tea, and light snacks.
FUTURE TOPICS + TIMING TO BE CONFIRMED BY COMMUNITY POLL. I’ll also be sharing a poll soon to decide how often we’ll gather and what themes we want to bring into the light next!

Where: My home (21772 SW Creek Drive, Tualatin)

About This Circle:
Toxic workplaces, layoffs, or juggling an unsustainable work/life balance can leave us feeling stuck and depleted. But career transitions also present an opportunity to realign with what matters most. Whether you’re exploring new possibilities, regaining balance, or have recently emerged from a challenging work chapter, this circle is for you.
This event is open to those currently navigating career transitions and to those who have come through similar experiences and wish to offer support.
What We’ll Explore:
The emotional and practical aspects of career transitions
Strategies to regain confidence and clarity
Reclaiming balance and moving toward a career that feels aligned
Reflections to Consider Before We Meet:
💭 What is your biggest challenge right now in your career or workplace?
💭 What values or priorities feel out of alignment, and how might you begin to realign them?
💭 What’s one piece of advice or insight you wish someone had shared with you earlier in your journey?
Bring these reflections with you to inspire meaningful conversation and connection.
Let’s support and uplift one another as we navigate the complexities of life together.
With love,
Kelly
