Persistence and Pleasure: A Guided Drawing Session by Painter Marion Abraham
Art Again presents Pleasure and Persistence, a drawing session in collaboration with Sullivan + Strumpf, guided by painter Marion Abraham.
The session will take place at Sullivan + Strumpf's exhibition 'The Peace and The Fury', opening on 20 August. This exhibition marks Marion Abraham's debut international show, where she navigates the in-between.
Marion Abraham is a contemporary painter who explores themes of identity and human experience through her art. She combines traditional painting techniques with a modern sensibility, creating compelling works that focus on the body and landscape. Represented by Sullivan + Strumpf gallery, Abraham brings both technical skill and conceptual depth to her practice, making her an inspiring guide for artists interested in bridging classical methods with contemporary ideas.
This is the first time Art Again is holding a session with a primary artist, and we're thrilled to see it happen. As always, our sessions are open to all – bring a friend and come as you are. Explore the exhibition and Marion's compelling paintings afterwards.
