49th ALE Conference: The Legacy Lives On

​We are excited to share BBSA's annual professional conference, the 49th Annual Alfred L. Edwards (ALE) Conference & Gala.

​ALE is the longest-running conference at the University of Michigan and a dedicated weekend to elevating Black excellence, forming connections, and having conducive conversations about the Black experience as a business leader & innovator. This year's theme is celebrating the roots of Ross' Black community and continuing to build our future.
