make anything - work on a project, spend time journaling, dust off your art materials, paint, doodle, draw - whatever you need to exercise your creative muscles!
each session begins with a short meditation to ground us in the present, then we spend 40 minutes making in a Zoom room. The goal is to hold each other accountable - to move our hands - to step away from the grind culture & create each week.
