About Event

Hatha Yoga is a mind/body practice designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, improve balance, motor skills and mobility all while allowing space for you to be in the present moment, focus in on your body and recharge.

A nurturing and vitalising practice that will get you moving and ready for anything!

1 hour classes consist of breathwork (pranayama), joint mobility, sun salutations, poses (asana)practice, relaxation and meditation.
