About Event

We can't solve climate change with software alone. But building infrastructure is expensive and risky. Along with every novel climate infrastructure idea comes a "first-of-a-kind" (FOAK) moment, when startups must navigate the transition from early stage innovation to mass market deployment by building their FOAK commercial scale facility. The path to success has innumerable pitfalls, and is littered with companies who tried and failed.

There are, however, a growing number of organizations who are leading the charge; pioneers who are using traditional methodologies and new ones to support innovative companies as they navigate the Scale Gap, and attempt to secure scarce resources despite the Missing Middle.

During this event, you will hear a series of rapid fire talks from senior leaders at organizations who are paving the way for climate solutions to scale. These organizations represent the full breadth of the FOAK ecosystem, from project finance and development capital to insurance, offtake, and engineering.

Join a diverse audience of startup founders, investors, corporate leaders, financiers, developers, philanthropists and more to discuss first-of-a-kind climate projects and how we can collaborate to push them forward.
