Labels. Stereotypes. Culture. For many reasons, lots of us feel uncomfortable sharing our achievements. By amplifying stories and research on the transformative power of self-promotion, #IAmRemarkable wants to inspire every single person to share their accomplishments.
About the workshop: During the 90-minute workshop, you will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and get equipped with tools to develop this skill.
Panel Discussion: "Leading Beyond Labels & Stereotypes: Amplifying Strengths, Navigating Change" - 16:15-17:00
We will explore ways to change the labels and stereotypes attached to individuals, shifting focus towards identifying individual strengths to promote better, more inclusive, and equitable leadership for everyone during times of change.
Mentorship Closing Ceremony - 17:00-17:30
The ceremony will showcase impact solutions presented by women-led social entrepreneurs and changemakers in Germany who participated in a Female* Leadership Mentorship Program, created by Kontakt Kollektiv in collaboration with SAP.
Meaningful Networking - 17:30-19:00
