He's worked with Fortune 500 companies on high-ticket deals, with a personal best of closing $20M in a single day. His leadership journey includes executive roles in sales and operations, complemented by Harvard education.

We’ll finish the evening with a panel discussion about the realities, challenges and opportunities that come with leadership roles in tech. Our speakers, joined by industry veterans John Ostrowski and Margaret Sikora, will share their "I wish someone had told me this" moments and answer your questions about making the leap.

​🎤 Margaret Sikora, CEO at Woodpecker.co, climbed from Junior Customer Success Specialist through Head of Product and COO to now lead a SaaS company serving 80+ countries. She's also got a PhD in legal sciences, because apparently regular leadership challenges weren't enough. 😉

​🎤 John Ostrowski, our host, brings Polish and Brazilian perspectives to the conversation. His engineering background led to careers in technology and finance. Today, he splits his time between building products and running experiments for Moneywise and Money.ca, approaching discussions with forward-thinking questions and a keen eye on the stock market.
