​About Marc Stickdorn

​Marc is one of the first people to have shed light on the concept of Journey Management.

​He is the co-creator of Smaply, a tool that helps you to visualise customer experiences with personas, stakeholder maps, and customer journey maps. Marc is also the co-author of the books This is Service Design Thinking, and This is Service Design Doing.
