Join us for a mindfulness session in nature to destress! 🌸
We will immerse ourselves in a holistic experience through a grounding yoga flow, breathwork and deep meditation followed by our unique group journaling session. 📓✍️
This is your chance to introspect, share insights, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Finally, we will end the session with Tea + Mixer 🍵
