About Event

What is Crowd-Sourcers Get-Together all about? This is an online-event where we aim to bring at least 100+ ("Talent Acquisition" OR "Talent Sourcers" OR Recruiters) together to learn and source talent on real time tech requirements.

Who should join? Anyone who would want to learn some advance LinkedIn sourcing techniques and EARN by implementing the learnings on LIVE requirements.

When we say EARN, are we referring to any cash price for Crowd-Sourcers? Yes, and that too for multiple winners. As we aim for more winners to walk away not only with learnings but also with bonuses.

What is the minimum cash price that I can expect as a winner? We are yet to conclude on this. However, you will get to know before the start of Get-Together.

Can I get the Crowd-Sourcing done on my Live requirements? Yes, you need to be the sponsor for that.

Can I be a sponsor? Yes, we are open for that.

Who can be a sponsor? Any (company OR person) hiring for tech roles and want to share the live requirement so our Crowd-Sourcers can source talent on your live requirements.

Why you should be a sponsor? Imagine 50+ Crowd-Sourcers are sourcing talent for you with a minimum expectation of 5 quality leads per Sourcer i.e.: 250 leads that too of talent who are most likely to change a job.

What is the guarantee of number of leads that can be generated? Well, we don't Guarantee anything as of now. However, we will set the expectations right before we commit.

How should we control Quality over Quantity? Defining a quality of lead is a part of expectation settings. Moreover, you as a sponsor will have an access to every single lead and you can prefer to say (Yes OR No)

As a sponsor will I get post event support? Like reaching-out to candidates, interest check and all? We are open to discuss.

What is the sponsorship amount that as Sponsor I should invest? We are open to discuss.
