​We’ll explore the full lifecycle of enterprise disputes—from drafting contracts and tracking performance to handling breaches and achieving resolution. Panelists from banking, infrastructure, manufacturing, and trade associations will share real use cases, data insights, and how Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is creating a zero-friction ecosystem.

​Beyond Recovery: ODR as a Trust Engine for India’s Lending Ecosystem

​This discussion reframes ODR not just as a recovery tool but as a way to build long-term trust, reduce litigation, and elevate borrower experience. Experts will delve into how proactive, tech-enabled dispute resolution can strengthen relationships across India’s diverse lending landscape.

​History

​Founded by law students who were shocked to discover that over 50% of Indians were unaware of mediation, IMW was born out of a commitment to be resourceful despite limited resources.

​What started with a few student-led awareness drives in Kolkata quickly scaled into a national campaign. From neighbourhoods and schools to local courts, the initiative grew to include over 2,000 student volunteers across 50+ cities.

​Through street plays, flash mobs, conferences, and public outreach activities, IMW strives to make mediation a mainstream and accessible tool for conflict resolution in India.
