Flock NYC Community Workout Class 5/2

​​Anj is a 600-hour certified Pilates instructor based in NYC, on a mission to make high-quality Pilates more accessible by eliminating its biggest barrier—cost. She also hosts $25 reformer classes in Flatiron, teaches at Chelsea Piers, and organizes monthly wellness events with fellow NYC founders.

​​Anj is also the founder of SQZ Wellness (@sqzwellness), the first-ever weighted Pilates magic circle. At 4 pounds, SQZ can be squeezed in and out like the classic ring—but adds resistance, versatility, and intensity—making it your new Pilates staple for full-body sculpting.
