​Our C-Suite Clinics allow leaders to share & discuss their People challenges in a supportive, safe environment with an expert from the team. Our No.1 aim is for Founders to leave with tangible actions to address these challenges and the confidence to implement them.

​How it works?

​Group coaching & learning - It’s not often that founders can share and tackle challenges together. We facilitate impactful group discussions which not only help uncover valuable perspectives and experience - but also create a stronger sense of community within a portfolio.

​A continued relationship - At the end of each session, a summary of the People Clinic (content + materials, learning outcomes, and an overview of the action discussed) will be provided to all attendees to help leaders embed the right solutions.

​Expert advice - By collecting information about particular founder challenges prior to a People Clinic, we’re able to jump straight in and tackle difficult topics head-on. This means impact is achieved much faster, and founders will quickly have plenty of implementable ideas to take back to their business.
