​​​What is the Wave? The Wave is a guided mindful silent disco experience which incorporates dance therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and community connection.

​​​The experience is led by a trained embodiment facilitator and set to a curated musical journey Designed to take you on an emotional journey to reflect, rejoice, and reconnect.

​​​Come unwind from your day, set intentions for your week, enjoy time solo or connect with new or old friends!
