About Event

Are you thinking about building your idea into a business? entrepreneurship@UBC's Venture Founder program supports UBC’s community of faculty, students and postdoctoral fellows who want to build transformative solutions to solve global problems.

Venture Founder is a UBC funded 16-week program that provides aspiring founders with a business skillset and surrounds them with highly skilled mentors to support their start-up-building process. During the info session, you can expect to:

  • Gain a comprehensive overview of the Venture Founder program, including its structure, process, and benefits.

  • Hear inspiring stories and lessons learned from past participants who have gone on to launch ventures.

  • Have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions alumni and fellow attendees.
