Step into a restorative sanctuary ancient wisdom meets present-moment magic. Elevate is a one-hour guided experience intentionally designed as the perfect grounding preparation—or soulful pregame—for the 528 Frequency Jam immediately following.

Through gentle yet powerful practices including breathwork, guided meditation, and the soothing resonance of a healing sound bath, you’ll have space to ground your energy, open your heart, and attune to your highest self. Reset, reconnect, and rise into greater clarity and peace as you soften each breath and release what no longer serves you.
