Let's talk about your hormonal health. It can impact how you feel: your mood, your energy levels, and your physical performance. Many women make mistakes around nutrition and exercise that can disrupt their menstrual cycle and unknowingly impact other areas of their life as well. So we'll talk about the importance of a regular period, how it impacts you, and what lifestyle factors can help you get a regular cycle to feel your best.
