In the first half of her career, she specialized in advanced analytics, before transitioning into strategic planning and project management.

She has built her career across R&D, strategy consulting, and AI implementation—leading product innovation and helping Fortune 500 executives navigate transformation. Her expertise lies in strategizing, realizing, and maximizing the value of GenAI to unlock workforce potential and boost productivity, all while maintaining clarity and avoiding the temptation to chase 'shiny objects'.Leslie is currently a Manager at Innosight, where she has advised executives across 12 industries, including healthcare, health tech, footwear/apparel, food & beverage, CPG, logistics, and life sciences, to develop strategy, design digital transformation, and refine innovation capabilities.
