This year we have events across 30+ countries and 80+ locations!
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Your host Kelly is on a mission to shape how purpose-led organizations work and engage, an avid reader, an explorer of remote regions on our planet, a salsa dancer and a host of gatherings to bring people with a story together. Her favorite part about being a generalist? "Getting to use my curiosity about people, places, and systems all in one career, and bringing my wide interest together in unexpected ways."
