IHRP x Growth Collective SG: Growth Circles

​Human Resource (HR) professionals play a crucial role in balancing employee needs and concerns, while prioritising business outcomes as a strategic partner.

​​​One way that HR and organisations can better promote transparent and open communications regarding changes and challenges at work is by leveraging on Growth Circles. Growth Circles are support groups that provide psychological safety for participants to improve their mental well-being and people skills, and in the course of it, boost their self-care, relationships and career prospects.

What to expect?

• ​2-hour in-person session to forge authentic connections

• ​​Supported by a Growth Facilitator in small groups, and guided by a web application

• ​​Discuss and reflect on topics close to heart ​

• ​​Choose different supportive roles to practice people skills

• ​Level up on your understanding on well-being at the workplace
  

​Important Note: To ensure effective engagement, each session is limited to 10 - 15 participants. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
