In this tutoring session, we’ll take 90 minutes to explore Counseling and Helping Relationships, the foundation of effective, transformative work with clients. We’ll dig into the key principles and core conditions that support effective counseling relationships, including empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. We’ll also look at how skills like active listening, reflection, and immediacy strengthen the therapeutic alliance across diverse client populations and settings.
