This workshop will take a personal leadership development lens to explore the implications of increased longevity and demographic trends in an era where retirement is less likely.

We will explore how principles of adult development need to take a different time horizon to meet the needs of those over 50 years.

Against this backdrop, we will focus on the personal leadership development of the participants. The session will conclude with shared reflections on the questions:

  1. Who am I?

  2. Where am I?

  3. What is next in my development agenda?
