About the Workshop
At the heart of service design lies the focus on understanding stakeholder journey interactions and developing superior experiences. This hands-on workshop will introduce you to LEGO® Serious Play® methods, a powerful tool that can be applied at various stages of the service design process.

Developed nearly 30 years ago, LEGO® Serious Play® methods emerged as a response to strategic planning challenges within the LEGO group. It addressed their need to think differently and generate innovative ideas. Since then, the methodology has evolved into a versatile tool used worldwide for:
Facilitation
Planning
Coaching
Teaching
It's employed across various sectors, including multinational corporations, governments, military organizations, NGOs, and educational institutions.

About the Facilitator
