"In the great flood of the times, personal memory is often regarded as the superfluous foam, waves and clamor of the times, and will be weeded out, thrown away or flung aside by the times; it will be rendered as silent and speechless as if it had never existed, and thus the great oblivion arrives at the passing of an age of running wheels and water. Flesh and blood with a soul are gone. All is well and quiet, and the small and true fulcrum that could pry the earth is gone. Thus, history becomes a legend, a forgetfulness and an imagination without any basis. " Said Yan Lian-Ke.

In this Chinese Independent Short Film Screening, we hope that these precious personal memories can be preserved, even though personal memories can't make a difference in the world, they can make us have a true heart.
在这次中国独立短片放映会上，我们希望可以让这些宝贵的个人记忆得以保留，即便个人记忆改变不了世界，但它可以让我们拥有真实的内心。

Synopsis:
Weijia Ma was working on an animation film in Strasbourg when COVID descends on France. She very quickly fled to Lyon before returning to Shanghai. From the flight to her quarantine in a hotel on arrival, this filmed diary with its airs of romantic comedy uses humour and great formal invention to retrace the experience of this journey.

当导演马维佳正在法国斯特拉斯堡工作时，收到了朋友的信息提醒，斯特拉斯堡即将封城。她很快就逃到了里昂，买了张机票终于回到了上海，在酒店开始了14天的隔离生活。她用自己的镜头记录下了这一路的旅程。
